These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the School of Recycling website and the purchase and use of our digital courses and materials. By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. School of Recycling is a trading name of SoR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

About us
School of Recycling provides educational content and digital courses focused on waste systems and recycling, for individual learners, families, and schools.
All courses are delivered digitally.

Age requirements
Purchases must be made by an adult.
Individuals purchasing courses must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Courses are designed for specific student age groups, but purchases and licenses are held by adults (parents, teachers, schools).
If a purchase is made in error by a minor, access may be revoked and refunded at our discretion.

Orders and acceptance
By placing an order on the School of Recycling website, you confirm that:
You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions
You are authorized to make the purchase
The information you provide is accurate
All orders are final once payment is completed.

Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in USD. Prices may change at any time, but the price at checkout applies to your order. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. SoR LLC does not store full payment details.

Delivery and access
Digital course access is provided after successful payment
Access is granted via the email address provided at checkout
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct
If you experience technical issues accessing a course, please contact us and we will assist.

License and usage rights
All digital products are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property remains the property of SoR LLC.
For parents and individual buyers (Home Edition)
Your purchase grants a single-household license
Materials may be used by members of one household only
You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute course videos or access links
Limited sharing of printed worksheets with friends is acceptable, but sharing digital access is not.
For schools and teachers (Classroom Edition)
Your purchase grants a license for one classroom
One teacher may use the course with one group of students
Each additional classroom requires its own license
Internal sharing with other teachers, year levels, or campuses is not permitted without additional licenses.
For organisations (Organisation License)
Organisations may purchase access for use by employees, clients, or members, according to the license terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Access is limited to the number of users covered by the purchased license
Access may not be shared beyond the licensed group
Redistribution, resale, public hosting, or uploading of course content is not permitted
Course materials may not be modified, rebranded, or used for commercial resale
If broader usage, integration, or white-label rights are required, a separate written agreement is necessary.

General restrictions
You may not:
Redistribute or resell course materials
Upload content to shared drives, school servers, or public platforms
Modify, rebrand, or use materials commercially
Share access in a way that replaces purchasing the course
Unauthorized use may result in revoked access.

Refund policy
Due to immediate access to digital content, all course sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect purchase
Failure to complete the course
Device or internet issues
If technical issues prevent access, we will work to restore access promptly.

Intellectual property
All content associated with School of Recycling — including courses, videos, worksheets, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of SoR LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not claim ownership of any materials.

AI training and data scraping
School of Recycling content may not be used for:
Training artificial intelligence models
Data scraping or dataset creation
Automated extraction or reproduction
Content may not be uploaded into AI systems or used to generate derivative works via machine learning.

Limitation of liability
School of Recycling provides educational content “as is”.
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes and are not liable for:
Decisions made based on course content
Technical issues beyond our control
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
